1. Vata dosha:- Foods that aggravate ‘vata’ are apples melons, Potatos, Tomato, egg plant, Icecream, Beef, Peas and green salad. Hence these foods must not be taken in excess. Foods that benefits vata prakriti are coconuts, brown rice, red cabage, bananas, grapes, cherries and oranges
3. Kapha dosha:- Dairy products, dates, bananas, melon, coconut, pineapples, increase kapha. Beneficial foods are, dry fruits, pomegranates, Basmathi rice, chicken etc.
